    NOTE: If rules are broken in even the slightest form, action will be taken! If a staff member believes that a rule is broken and isnt 100% sure, there needs to be verification of punishment by an admin or manager

    1. Respect all players such as staff, donators, and new comers
    2. No cheats or hacking, cheating or glitching allowed at all times
    3. Unfair advantages of any sort except for certain mods such as a minimap or a recorder
    4. No excessive language such as racial, vulgar, or sexual slurs
    Do not troll, harass, or bully other players in any way.
    6. Do not use an offensive skin, username or nickname.
    7. Do not reveal Real Life information, especially home addresses.
    8. Keep swearing to a minimal

    9. Chat spamming is not allowed, arguments or bigotry (Staff will ask you to take these to private message or clanchat if you wish to continue.)
    10. Excessive chat colors are not allowed except for staff
    11. No online scamming for USD to in-game currency, items, ranks, donor packs, or effects

    12. If you have a problem with Staff or Players, report them on the Forum.
    13. No impersonating other players, particularly staff

    1. Do not backseat moderate, or threaten others with punishment
    2. Do not attack staff for being staff, including their factions
    3. Do not waste or abuse staff time when they are working
    4. Never ask staff to abuse their powers or rank privileges
    5. If a staff member is caught abusing in any way, there needs to be proof of the incident
    6. Do not ask staff for in-game items, ranks, currency, or effects
    7. Helpers/Moderators are not allowed to punish a player with out a serious reason to do so
    8. Administrators are allowed to enter faction bases with permission from a manager if they believe that the faction or group of players is exploiting in any way, without permission, action will be taken
    9. Managers are enabled to view the inside of players inventories, bases, enderchests, chests, and player vaults, if they have reasonable cause of suspicion that the player or faction is exploiting or glitching in any way
    10. All assigned staff rules have their meanings, all staff must obey the role that they play on the server, for example, a helper helps players, and answered questions, and punished when necessary.
    11. No “ban baiting”, Ban baiting is enticing or aggravating someone into saying or doing something that will result in a ban – this may result in a ban for both parties
    12. Administrators reserve the right to add additional time depending on the circumstances
    13. Only appealed bans will be lifted, this also includes accidental bans

    1. Do not use Alts to artificially increase mob spawns in your area
    2. Do not use Alts to spy on enemy factions or steal items
    3. Do not use Alts to own multiple factions to boost faction recognition
    4. Do not avoid Server Punishments with Alts
    5. Do not use Alts to spam rewards from Quests or Loot
    6. A minimum of 2 weeks will be added to the original ban length for every account used to evade a ban on any of our servers

    If a staff member believes that a player has broken a rule, or there isnt a rule listed that a staff member feel that you've violated, they may take action with verification from an administrator or manger
